The "For Tomorrow" Foundation offers training in six courses, officially approved by the Ministry of Education and Science, aimed at enhancing the qualifications of teaching staff in schools.

The program encompasses:

• Acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competences for working with a general educational program.
• Development and analysis of the current level of student performance to create effective learning strategies.
• Collection and utilization of data on student performance in the classroom.
• Implementation and collaboration with related services when working with students with special educational needs (SEN).
• Developing effective relationships with parents of students with SEN.
• Defining special educational goals for students with SEN.
